The Hillsboro Naturopathic Clinic was started by Dr. Victoria Lutskovsky to achieve her goals of treating the whole person and helping the body improve itself. Dr. Lutskovsky works with other health care professionals, including Doctors of Naturopathic Medicine, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists and various laboratories.
Dr. Lutskovsky graduated as Doctor of Preventative Medicine in former USSR. Aside from traditional medicine, she studied and practiced acupuncture, acupressure, and laser therapy on acupuncture meridians.
After relocating to the United States, Dr. Lutskovsky pursued a course of study in Naturopathic Medicine, graduating from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1998. She currently is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in State of Oregon, running a busy Naturopathic clinic in accordance with regulations about scope of Naturopathic practice.
Dr. Lutskovsky began her medical career in the city of Kharkov, Ukraine. Prior to beginning her post-graduate work, Dr. Lutskovsky worked in the Public Health Department, dealing with epidemiology and public health. Her experience with preventative medicine led her to Naturopathic and Homeopathic Medicine.
After receiving her degree from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1998, she opened the Hillsboro Naturopathic Clinic on Baseline Road in Hillsboro, OR. Since then, the clinic has added services and moved to its current location on 4th Ave.
Like any other doctor, the Hillsboro Naturopathic Clinic places the patient’s health as its number one goal. We cannot forget that we treat a person, not a disorder. To us, this means we keep in mind the overall well-being of the patient as we help him or her overcome anything they are dealing with.

She earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine in 2005, and Master of Science in Oriental Medicine in 2006, both from the National University of Naturopathic Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, OR. Dr. Netherland strives to help patients achieve health and balance by optimizing the intrinsic healing power of the body. As a primary care physician, Dr. Valerie treats both acute and chronic conditions. She commonly works with gastrointestinal disorders, women’s health, thyroid dysfunction, musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain, anxiety and depression, HPA axis dysfunction (adrenal fatigue), allergies, autoimmune disease, environmental medicine (mold illness, heavy metal toxicity, other environmental toxins), type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and hypertension.
In her time away from practicing medicine, Dr. Netherland enjoys spending time with her partner, daughter, and community of friends. She finds joy and balance in hiking, yoga, and gardening.

Dr. Sierra graduated in 2022 from the National University of Natural Medicine, where she took extra classes in homeopathy, traditional naturopathic treatments, and midwifery. Her goal is to create a family practice that provides an alternative to conventional medicine, where her patients feel heard and are empowered to take part in their own health journeys. Dr. Sierra sees children and adults of all ages and can provide sports physicals. She supports parental rights, medical freedom, and true informed consent. Instead of specializing in specific health conditions, she specializes in the unique philosophy of traditional Naturopathic Medicine, which can be applied to any condition. She is passionate about the body’s innate power to heal itself and works to guide her patients in removing the obstacles that are preventing their bodies from being able to reach their optimal state of health. Rather than relying primarily on medications, she helps people to elevate their baseline health and reverse chronic illness through lifestyle changes, nutrition, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, and herbal medicine.
Dr. Sierra was born and raised in Eastern Oregon and is the oldest of 5 children in a close-knit family. She was first inspired to pursue a medical career after being treated for cancer as a child. She was raised by a mother who preferred natural remedies for her children and passed that curiosity onto her. Originally, she planned to become a pediatric oncologist, but by the time she completed her undergraduate degree, this no longer felt right. After taking a couple years off to explore her passions, she found Naturopathic Medicine and instantly knew that it was the missing piece she had been looking for. When she is not at work, she spends her time with her family and boyfriend. She loves camping, hiking, reading, cooking, and traveling.
